Jeremy is a native of Utah. As a senior at the University of Utah, his design project was to develop a mountain tricycle for paraplegics. He completed the BS/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering. For his thesis research, he developed fabrication methods for microwire electrical discharge machining (EDM) of permanent magnets, applied to the fabrication of permanent-magnet screws for medical applications. He enjoys constructing most anything and outdoor activities.
