Courtney DoyleCourtney received a BS in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. As a senior, her design project developed a powered monitor arm for users with disabilities. She defended her MS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Utah in 2011, with research focusing on avian bio-inspired landing gear. Courtney was co-advised by Dr. Abbott and Dr. Mark Minor. Non-academically, Courtney enjoys traveling and outdoor activities. She is also involved with track & field both as a prior competitor and coach of pole-vault.
