Owen Barnes

Owen Barnes is from Oak Park, Illinois. He received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University. He earned his M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Utah in 2014. His master’s research focused on the design of a mechanism to aid patients’ arm swing during gait rehabilitation. After graduating, Owen took a position as a Product Design Engineering with Franklin Sensors in Boise, Idaho. In his free time Owen enjoys camping, swimming, and trying new foods.
